    Mal

    Head of Sport & Fitness. Mal really needs very little introduction, given his status as a market leading sports and fitness coach. 

    His CV reads like a who’s who of the most prestigious organisations from UK Athletics to his football coaching at clubs in every league from Conference through to Premiership, and working at an international level for Wales, England and tenures in both India and China. He has also judged competitions on TV, such as Fitness Britain, and has training experience with the British Military too. He is fastidious when it comes to nutrition and fitness, Mal is equipped to deliver fitness qualifications as an assessor and internal verifier. He undertakes a wealth of illustrious challenges, and believes success is knowing how to win, coming first, nothing less. Winning the SAS Fan Dance 9 times, the Paras 10 twice, came first in the HYROX Games, and won the Deadly Dozen and the Hybrid Games.

    Mal is passionate in how he achieves results for his clients, and he delivers rehabilitation programmes, alongside treating debilitating sports injuries to great effect and outcomes.

    Dan is a Sport Scientist specialising in youth athletic development and helping adults build strength, move better, and train with confidence.

    With a Master's degree in Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Bath and experience as Lead Academy Sport Scientist at Aston Villa FC, Dan brings elite-level expertise into an approachable environment. He's a UKSCA Accredited Strength & Conditioning Coach and a Certified Nutrition Coach with Precision Nutrition.

    Over 25 years of experience in the Fitness industry…!! With an industry-wide reputation, he is admired for his knowledge and expertise.

    Chris has completed numerous fitness challenges, including the New York Marathon (PB 3:17), Paras 10, Mont Blanc Marathon, Black Mountains Challenge, and the Race across America, driven by a highly competitive ethos. Following a military career in the Army Air Corps and as an All Arms Commando PTI, he launched a new fitness concept at Wolverhampton Wanderers FC. He then co-created Club Fitness Cannock, which won 'Best UK Health Club,' followed by Elysium health spa, before establishing 'Chris Jewkes Fitness,' which he sold in 2023 after 15 years.

    Jess is a Level 3 Personal Trainer and Level 2 Fitness Instructor, and a busy working mum who understands real-life demands.

    She specialises in empowering women to feel healthy, confident, and strong — whether for everyday life or smashing PBs. She offers pre- and post-natal training, running and race coaching with performance support. Backed by experience in Ironman triathlons, marathons, ultramarathons, and HYROX, Jess coaches with knowledge, empathy, and results.

    He specialises in fat loss, strength training, and functional fitness, creating tailored sessions that fit clients' goals and lifestyle. His approach is friendly, professional, and focused on genuine care—he is here to support, motivate, and guide clients every step of the way. With energy and encouragement, he will help clients build lasting results in and out of the gym.

    Helen is an excellent and highly experienced teacher, bringing depth of knowledge, precision, and care to every session. Her superb communication skills allow her to clearly guide, motivate, and support clients of all levels. She takes pride in creating a welcoming, encouraging environment where everyone feels understood and empowered. Helen’s classes focus not only on strength and flexibility but also on overall well-being. She believes Pilates is more than exercise; it's a pathway to staying healthy, improving posture, preventing injury, reducing stress, and enhancing everyday movement. Combining Pilates knowledge with a holistic approach to health, she helps clients feel stronger, move better, and live well.

    With over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, Lauren specialises in helping women become stronger, healthier, and more confident in their own bodies. As a qualified Level 3 Reformer Pilates instructor and personal trainer, she combines strength training with mindful movement to deliver results that not only transform physiques but also build long-term confidence.

    Lauren’s approach is supportive, hands-on, and technique-focused. During every session, she ensures clients feel comfortable and capable by offering guidance, corrections, and encouragement throughout. She believes that understanding how the body moves is key to achieving lasting results and preventing injury.

    She is a pre and postnatal specialist, with a strong focus on supporting women through every stage of life, including hormonal changes such as menopause. She works closely with her clients to help restore balance, improve strength, and rebuild confidence, both physically and mentally. Her mission is simple: empower women to feel strong, capable and confident inside and out.

    Caroline provides practical, evidence-based advice to help address a wide range of health concerns, including gut health issues, women’s health (such as perimenopause and menopause, and polycystic ovary syndrome), chronic conditions (such as type 2 diabetes), high cholesterol, and weight management. With a professional and supportive approach, Caroline aims to empower you to take control of your health using science-backed strategies tailored to your individual needs.     Dr Sarv Saini

    Doctor

    Dr Saini is a General Practitioner with over a decade of clinical experience across the West Midlands and Staffordshire. He holds degrees in both Neuroscience and Medicine from the University of Manchester, and following extensive training across hospital and community settings, has been working in general practice since qualifying as a GP in 2017.

    He has developed broad clinical expertise across a range of complex and long-term conditions, including a particular focus on diabetic care — holding a Certificate in Diabetic Care from Warwick University. He is currently enrolled in the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine Core Accreditation, reflecting a passion for preventative medicine and empowering patients through a deeper understanding of their own health.

    In 2026, Dr Saini is founding the Vita Nova Clinic at Hamiltons.
